Penelope began in 2018 as a family project named for the founders’ newborn daughter, growing from small, hands‑on beginnings into one of American whiskey’s most talked‑about blending houses. The brand built its reputation on approachable yet innovative blends, Four Grain and Architect among them, while expanding into limited releases that keep enthusiasts curious.
