London Bourbon Experience 2023

This isn't just an event; it's a transformative journey for cocktail bars and liquor shops, offering a myriad of benefits to those daring enough to participate.


This year's LBE takes inspiration from the legendary bootlegger, George Remus, also known as the "King of Bootleggers." His captivating story served as the foundation for The Great Gatsby, and to celebrate this connection, we're aiming to create a Gatsby-esque experience.

Session Times & Visitor Numbers:

  • Thursday: 17.00 - 22.00 / 600 - 700 pax

  • Friday: 16.00 - 22.00 / 800-1100 pax

  • Saturday: 12.00 - 16.00 / 400 - 600 pax

  • Saturday: 17.00 - 22.00 / 800 - 1100 pax


Bar Setup and Staffing:

  • The stand will be set up and ready before each session.

  • Bartenders representing the venue will serve the 3 signature drinks.


Event Schedule:

  • Thursday:

  • Setup: 3:00 p.m.

  • Showtime: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

  • Friday:

    • Setup: 3:00 p.m.

    • Showtime: 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

  • Saturday (Morning Session):

    • Setup: 11:00 a.m.

    • Showtime: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

  • Saturday (Evening Session):

    • Setup: 3:00 p.m.

    • Showtime: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.


Beverage preparation:

  • Luxco will pay for the stand, back wall, and front bar banner, as well as rent the bar and provide all Rebel expressions.

  • Every venue will provide 50 premixes for each signature drink (Rebel will be supplied by Luxco), and anything that does not sell will be returned to the venue.

  • Bartenders will prepare and serve signature drinks during the event.


Signature drinks:

  • Cocktails created for the London Bourbon Experience 2023.


Additional notes:

  • A bartender should be able to prepare and present all signature drinks.

  • The event space should be appropriately decorated to reflect the London Bourbon Experience theme.

  • Security and crowd management measures should be in place to ensure attendees' safety.

  • Promotion and marketing efforts should highlight the unique Bourbon experience offered at the event and the concept of the London Bourbon Experience.
